I’m a wife, a mom of three, a fitness entrepreneur and, above all, a woman of faith.

For years, I’ve been building Crown Fitness, helping women grow stronger in body and confidence. But I’ve also realised that I want to build something more — something that creates new opportunities for my family and allows me to grow beyond what I already know.

That’s why I started Crown by Faith

I’m learning how to build an online business, develop new skills and create new possibilities through the digital world.

I’m not here to pretend I have everything figured out. I’m here to learn, grow, take action and share my journey with other women who want to do the same.

I believe that when we put God first, walk in faith and remain willing to learn, we can step into opportunities we never imagined.
